On-Demand Les Mills classes are prerecorded classes available via an iPad and large television in our group exercise studio. Both non-members and members can access on-demand classes any time live classes are not taking place.

A cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi.

A series of (3) 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that deliver fitness results, fast. All three use the very best training techniques, music, and workout choreography to motivate you to go further in your fitness journey.

Les Mills BODYATTACK™

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
