Strength Training & Cardio

Parkside Fitness features a variety of state-of-the-art equipment for all fitness levels. With a large room dedicated to resistance training, Parkside offers the best in resistance equipment including a complete Nautilus & Technogym circuit, functional training area, free weight area, bench area, and an extensive variety of other resistance equipment that help isolate and train specific muscle groups. If guided by a personal trainer, you can work on shaping specific body muscle groups with our free weight and resistance equipment areas.

Our complete cardio center is equipped with traditional and advanced machinery, which includes a personal viewing screen on all cardio equipment, as well as an area for stretching and abdominal workouts. To add variety, we highly recommend trying our racquetball/wallyball courts or a group fitness class!
